TRAIN THE BARISTA TRAINER
A Trainer - a person who teaches skills to people and prepares them for a job or activity. Any Barista can show another one how to make a flat white but are you as effective as you could be in your training?
The Barista Trainer course is for those wanting to deliver on-the-job practical training. It is designed for those responsible for training team members in practical skills including managers, heads of department, supervisors, team leaders and trainers. The course can be taught in small groups or on an individual basis.
This course is designed to improve your training skills but we also run this for
City and Guilds to allow you to run the Level 2 award in Barista skills (7102-53).
