M*A*D Training Solutions is a speciality barista training company, with a client base including retail, restaurants, bars and coffee shops, and travel. M*A*D Training Solutions was founded by Jon Skinner, who has been working in the hospitality and leisure sector since 1981.

After several years of working within catering, Jon Skinner moved towards offering professional barista training services, and over the years has developed courses which are recognised by bodies such as The Speciality Coffee Association of Europe (SCAE), Beverage Service Association (BSA) and City & Guilds.

Our courses are primarily targeted towards baristas who operate espresso machines, and we have worked with clients such as restaurants, airlines and local colleges.
